RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding USA Federal holidays. For domestic orders over $150 USD, your package will be shipped with 'Signature Confirmation' service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from Pleasures Now, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Pleasures Now. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.
Depending on your country you will have the option to pre-pay your duties and taxes at checkout. This means you will not have to pay these fees when your order arrives, and we guarantee that you will not be required to pay additional costs upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as: country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates, & Local import taxes.
Deliveries to some countries also have the option at checkout to not pay for the duties, taxes, and fees upfront. Instead, you agree to pay all applicable fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee the cost of the fees upon delivery, as the fees are calculated by your local customs authority. It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total, and the shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit amount.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our warehouse.
PACKAGE INSURANCE
We have partnered with Route to offer package protection and insurance on your orders. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from lost and stolen packages, as well as damage occurred during transit. If your package is damaged in transit or is lost/stolen, you will need to file a claim with Route. Once a claim is approved with Route you will either receive a replacement, or be reimbursed for the cost of the items. Route is available for both domestic and international orders. The cost of Route protection is calculated based on your total order value.
If you chose to purchase Route protection, you will receive an email from Route after your purchase with a link to file a claim, if needed. You can also file a claim through the Route app or via this link: CLAIM FORM.If you choose to not purchase Route protection, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

COOKIES
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
